HEDS is part of the School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR) at the University of Sheffield. We undertake research, teaching, training and consultancy on all aspects of health related decision science, with a particular emphasis on health economics, HTA and evidence synthesis.

Latest edition of CLAHRC Yorkshire and Humber Health Economics and Outcomes Measurement Newsletter


Issue 4 of the CLAHRC YH HEOM Newsletter has now been published. In the issue you can read about their work with local decision makers:
  • Professor Gerry Richardson and Dr Laura Bojke explain how they are working with the Vale of York Clinical Commissioing Group (CCG) to increase economic input into decisions made by the CCG.
  • Lizzie Taylor Buck reports on her work with NHS partners to implement a new PROM for mental health conditions ReQoL (recovering Quality of Life), specifically her work with Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
