HEDS is part of the School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR) at the University of Sheffield. We undertake research, teaching, training and consultancy on all aspects of health related decision science, with a particular emphasis on health economics, HTA and evidence synthesis.

Cochrane Collaboration Issue 6, 2015

Issue 9 is almost complete.  It includes an editorial on “Telemedicine: are we advancing the science?” and dozens of new or updated reviews, including:
  • Immunomodulators and immunosuppressants for relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis: a network meta-analysis
  • Portion, package or tableware size for changing selection and consumption of food, alcohol and tobacco
  • Vitamin K for the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease
  • Incentives and enablers to improve adherence in tuberculosis
