CEAs of cluster randomised controlled trials

A new Stata programme, tsb, has been written for performing a two-stage bootstrap with shrinkage correction that is relevant for the analysis of cluster randomised controlled trials. A related programme, tsbceprob, can be used for estimating cost effectiveness probabilities which can, in turn, be used for plotting CEACs. Their uses are demonstrated in the accompanying Stata paper.
