HEDS is part of the School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR) at the University of Sheffield. We undertake research, teaching, training and consultancy on all aspects of health related decision science, with a particular emphasis on health economics, HTA and evidence synthesis.

New staff

A few months late, here are new members of staff that we have welcomed to HEDS:

  • Rosie Duncan, who undertaking PROMS work on our NIHR Vascular Programme Grant led by Jonathan Michaels
  • Patrick Phillips, who is a systematic reviewer, also working on our NIHR Vascular Programme Grant
  • Jean Sanderson, who is undertaking network meta-analyses and other statistical work
  • Milad Karimi, who is taking a break from his PhD here at Sheffield to undertake health economics project work
  • Abualbishr Alshreef, who is working a programme of work for the Yorkshire and Humberside Academic Health Sciences Network
