HEDS is part of the School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR) at the University of Sheffield. We undertake research, teaching, training and consultancy on all aspects of health related decision science, with a particular emphasis on health economics, HTA and evidence synthesis.

New ISPOR good practice guidelines

The full set of guidelines are available here, however, four reports were recently added/amended:

  • Assessing Modeling Studies for Health Care Decisions
  • Assessing Indirect Treatment Comparison Studies for Health Care Decisions
  • Assessing Observational Studies for Health Care Decisions

The following reports are currently in development:
  • Clinician-Reported Outcomes Good Measurement Practices Task Force
  • Conjoint Analysis - Statistical Analyses, Results & Conclusions Good Research Practices Task Force
  • Patient- and Observer-Reported Outcomes Measurement in Rare Disease Clinical Trials - Emerging Good Practices Task Force
  • Simulation Modeling Applications in Health Care Delivery Research - Emerging Good Practices Task Force
  • Cost-Effectiveness Analysis Alongside Clinical Trials - Good Research Practices II Task Force
  • ISPOR PRO Mixed Modes Good Research Practices Task Force
  • Emerging Good Practices for Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis to Aid in Health Care Decision-making Task Force
