The activities ran from 11-18th September and included lectures and workshops on topics such as health outcomes measurement, cost - effectiveness of diagnostic tests, Bayesian methods for synthesis of evidence, heterogeneity in the analysis of cost - effectiveness, cost effectiveness thresholds and their use in making decisions, among others.
Those lecturing were Matt Stevenson and Allan Wailoo of the University of Sheffield, Andrew Briggs, University of Glasgow, Mark Sculpher and Rita Faria, University of York, and Keith Abrams of the University of Leicester.
