ScHARR is looking for a dynamic research leader to join the Health Economics and Decision Science (HEDS) section, which is one of four academic sections within ScHARR. The existing research programme of applicants should be applicable to health economics or health technology assessment. The areas of specialism are not specified, but possible areas of expertise could include topics such as decision analysis, econometrics, evidence synthesis, health policy or behavioural economics. Applications from candidates whose research interests complement those within HEDS, but which also take us in new directions, are particularly welcome. In keeping with this, we are also keen to encourage candidates who can offer an international perspective on our existing research and teaching portfolio. Joint appointments with other academic institutions will be considered.
The closing date for applications is 12th August 2013.
