HSR seminars

The HSR spring seminars start on 1st February and are held weekly at 12.30 pm in Lecture Rooms 1 & 2 on the First Floor of ScHARR.  Whilst only one seminar title specifically mentions economics and none refer to reviewing or information issues, I’m sure our views would be warmly received in all the seminars; HSR is a sub-specialty of economics after all.

The economic seminar is “Improving the precision of cost-effectiveness analysis by using cause-specific mortality” by  Professor Simon Thompson, Director of the MRC Biostatistics Unit, University of Cambridge.  It is to be held on 29th March.
