HEDS is part of the School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR) at the University of Sheffield. We undertake research, teaching, training and consultancy on all aspects of health related decision science, with a particular emphasis on health economics, HTA and evidence synthesis.

NICE DSU: Methods for population-adjusted indirect comparisons

The latest Technical Support Document from the Decision Support Unit has been added to the website. This TSD examines methods for population-adjusted indirect comparisons, including the recently-proposed matching-adjusted indirect comparison (MAIC) and simulated treatment comparison (STC), and provides recommendations on their use in submissions to NICE.
