Discussions with Renmin University

After a meeting earlier this year to discuss the work of our respective research units, Professor Simon Dixon met with Professor Hufeng Wang of Renmin University, Beijing, to discuss teaching and research collaborations.  Professor Want is the founding director of the Health Reform and Development Center at the Renmin University of China.

The meeting was led by Jing Wang-Silvanto, Director or Market Access at Hanover Communications at Hanover Communications.  Nick Hex at York Health Economics Consortium was also involved in discussions about potential research collaborations.

The group also discussed the design of a Chinese-English Health Economics website which will be launched shortly.
